Post-Baccalaureate Diploma (PBD) in Environment and Sustainability

The 2-year post-baccalaureate diploma (PBD) in Environment and Sustainability is designed for international students who already have an undergraduate degree in science and/or engineering or equivalent and want to pursue employment or graduate studies in the environment. The PBD offers graduates opportunity to build on existing scientific backgrounds, providing new technical skills and theoretical knowledge in areas including geomatics, field techniques, remote sensing, watershed hydrology, and environmental chemistry that support in-demand careers in the environmental sector. You will build understanding of management of natural resources, how natural and social worlds intersect, and consider diverse perspectives on environmental issues, including Indigenous perspectives and ways of knowing.

Admission Requirements

Students must have an undergraduate degree in science and/or engineering or equivalent with a GPA of 70% or higher and meet English language proficiency requirements.
