Graduation Photography

For formal graduation portraits, a white collared shirt (and tie) is recommended. A gown and hood will be provided. For casual portraits, we encourage you to bring a change of clothes, props and accessories to reflect your personality and interests. Pets are not permitted due to allergies of students and the photography team.

As per our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, effective October 30, all individuals attending campus (including students, employees, contractors, volunteers and visitors) will be required to provide proof of vaccination by uploading their vaccination receipts using the Nipissing Safe App.

Please present this information to the check in desk at the Nipissing Main Foyer when you arrive for your portrait session. If you have questions or concerns, please email alumni@nipissingu.ca.

The average grad session lasts between 20 and 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time.

The session sitting fee is $30. Please see the options listed on the appointment booking page. We accept cash, debit and credit payable when you check in for your session. Photo packages are available for an additional cost through LifeTouch.

Immediately after your photo session you will have the opportunity to review your photos with the photographer and select your proofs. Within a few business days, you will be emailed a link to the digital proofs. Physical proofs will be mailed out 2-3 weeks after your session.
