Yes No You will be contacted by someone in Marketing & Communications to arrange a training session on the use and assembly of the photo booth, prior to your event. There is a rental fee of $50 which will be billed to the borrower's cost centre or credit card once the photo booth has been returned. The photo booth should not be left unattended at any time and the arrangement of its supervision is the responsibility of those borrowing the photo booth. The photo booth is to be used/stored indoors only. When not in use, the photo booth should be kept in a safe and secure location. Completion of this form acknowledges and accepts that any damages to the photo booth that occur while under your care will be billed directly to the borrower's cost centre/credit card, including repair and/or replacement costs.
