Internal Event Request Form

Nipissing University members wishing to facilitate an event on campus that would include non-Nipissing individuals are asked to please complete this form for review and approval.

Faculty members wishing to have guest lecturers, elders, workshop facilitators or knowledge holders on campus are also required to complete this form for review and approval.

Please note that as per Nipissing University's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy all external individuals participating in an event on campus will need to provide proof of full vaccination.
