Funeral details for Lindsay Wilson

To all members of the Nipissing Community:
The past few days have been very difficult, as we work to support one another following the death of our student, Lindsay Wilson.  The Nipissing community sends its thoughts and support to Lindsay’s family and friends, and to our students and colleagues at the Muskoka campus.

Visitation and a tribute to Lindsay's life have been scheduled for Thursday, April 11 at 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, respectively, at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home Ltd, 5295 Thickson Road North, Whitby, ON.

Complimentary motor coach transportation from our Muskoka Campus to the funeral home and return has been arranged.  We ask that all students, staff and faculty wishing to travel on this coach sign up in advance at the Muskoka campus main office, or by calling 705.645.2921 ext. 7200, by 3:00 pm Wednesday, April 10, 2013 to allow for appropriate arrangements.

Counsellors are available at the Muskoka Campus to support our students as we work through this tragedy. Students may book an appointment at the main office or by calling 705.645.2921 ext. 720024/7 support is available through the Muskoka-Parry Sound Community Mental Health Service at 1.800.461.5424 (please ask for the intake worker).All students may contact the Student Development and Services Office in Room B210 for counselling support.
