Secondary School Diploma with five academic Grade 12 courses numbered 30 or 31 including program specific prerequisites.

Program Specific Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Degree with Concurrent Education

Minimum Average for Admission Consideration:

70%


Admission Requirements: The regular requirements for the Honours undergraduate program you select to complete with Concurrent Education. In addition, you will need to present English 30 or ELA 30-1 with a minimum grade of 70% and one of Math 20-1, Math 20-2, Math 30-1, Math 30-2 or Math 31 with a minimum grade of 60%.

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Commerce

Admission Requirements: The regular requirements for the BA or BSc major to which you are interested in applying to.

Bachelor of Social Work

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Major: Economics

Admission Requirements: English 30 or ELA 30-1; one of Math 30-1, 30-2 or Math 31 plus three additional academic Grade 12 courses numbered 30 or 31.

Majors: Computer Science, Mathematics

Admission Requirements: English 30 or ELA 30-1; Math 31; one of Math 30-1 or 30-2 plus two additional academic Grade 12 courses numbered 30 or 31.

1 Applicants interested in the Bachelor of Arts (History) with an Orientation to a Master of Arts in History require a minimum average of 80% for admission consideration. This is a highly competitive, limited enrollment program. The average required for admission may be higher than the stated minimum.

Nipissing also offers a joint Bachelor of Arts (Social Welfare and Social Development)/Social Service Worker diploma with Canadore College. Students in this program will spend one year at Canadore and graduate with both their degree and diploma in 4 years.
