Youth Summer Science Camp
The Schulich School of Education is pleased to announce the inaugural Steps to Inquiry Science Camp, July 4 – 8 at Nipissing University in North Bay.
The camp is open to students aged 12 to 14 and will offer a full-day program that brings students, experienced teachers, future teachers and science specialists together for one week of hands-on exploration, discovery, and fun.
It will offer students an opportunity to experience the Nipissing University setting while learning about science in a fun and engaging way.
Each day will run from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with students able to explore one of three fields of scientific and environmental study. During the week, each student will discover the world of university life, participate in hands-on science inquiry activities and develop new friendships.
