NU offers Olympic-themed camp for kids over March Break
Are your kids feeling a little post-Olympic blues? Need to figure out something for your young Olympic-hopeful to do this March Break? Nipissing’s got you covered, with two Olympic themed day camps for children aged 6-12 running on Friday, March 9 and Friday, March 16.
Organized by students in the Bachelor of Physical Health and Education program at Nipissing, the camp features a busy day of indoor and outdoor games and activities with an Olympic twist. The camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The camp registration costs $30 for one day, and $50 for both days. All proceeds support the Paul Nelson Scholarship Fund. Registration is payable the morning of camp day.
To register, go to the website, fill in the registration form, and email it to phedcamp@gmail.com.
Alternatively, you may visit the Physical and Health Education Placement office in RSAC 201_A to drop off the form.
Registration is limited to 25 participants and is first come, first served. The registration deadline is March 5, or once camp capacity is reached.
Confirmation of registration will be provided via email upon receipt of registration.
