Nipissing launches revamped news site

Welcome to the new NU News! Over the summer our marketing and communications team has been working on developing a new way to share Nipissing University news and stories with our staff, faculty and community. Today, we are pleased to officially launch a revamped version of our NU News.

The new website, nipissingu.ca/news features an easy to navigate interface that is visually appealing and organized by news type (News, Research, People, Alumni). You’ll also notice the addition of two special sections: Spotlight and Nipissing in the News.

Spotlight Section

This new section will be used to highlight staff and faculty achievements or good news stories. We encourage faculty and staff to submit their posts of interest for consideration using the Submit a Story form on the NU News website.

Nipissing in the News Section

Whether it's providing expert commentary, leading groundbreaking research or making a difference in the community, our Nipissing students, faculty, staff and alumni are making headlines. This section will highlight our Nipissing University community members who are featured in the media.
