Nipissing University's program is a defined contribution Registered Pension Plan (RPP) with Manulife. Contributions that are made and any contributions made by the employer on your behalf are deposited in this plan. The value of the contributions made to the RPP will fluctuate over time, depending on the returns of the investment funds you select.
