Sept 1st - April 31st: Monday to Friday 11:30 am - 1:30 pm 

Sign up for a drop-in time within the next 24 hours to meet with one of our Student Learning Coordinators for a 15-minute appointment about:

Academic Don Drop-Ins

Academic Dons are trained Peer Educators responsible for providing academic support and programs for students in the residence environment. They are not assigned to an individual floor or residence community but are instead responsible for supporting a broad range of academic programming for all residence complex communities.

Academic Dons are trained to help you on a one-on-one basis with general academic skills such as study strategies, note-taking skills, time management strategies, and more. Drop-In to see an Academic Don if you'd like peer to peer support, to ask a quick question, or to get referrals to other supports available at Nipissing University. 

Mondays: 4:30 pm -7:30 pm & Thursdays: 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm

*Please email academicdon@nipissingu.ca during office hours to set up a virtual appointment. You may book with ANY Academic Don that suits your schedule.

The Drop-In Centres are open during the fall and winter semesters. For the most up-to-date hours of operation, please refer to the schedules posted outside each Drop-In Centre.
