Best Paper Awards for Drs. Muterera, Hemsworth and Baregheh

Congratulations to Nipissing University School of Business Professors Dr. Jonathan Muterera and Dr. David Hemsworth, as well as Research Fellow, Dr. Anahita Baregheh, who recently earned the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Business Performance Measurement and Management.Their paper, The Leader - Follower Dyad: Exploring the Link between Public Sector Leadership, Employee Satisfaction and Organizational Performance, was presented by Dr. Muterera and Dr. Hemsworth at the September 2012 conference in Lima, Peru.
The group also won a Best Paper Award this past summer for their paper, The Effects Of Quality Management On Internal Customer Satisfaction and Business Performance: A Mediation Model, which was presented by Dr. Hemsworth at the 2012 European International Academic Conference held in Rome, Italy.
