Dr. Ryan invited for international advising opportunity

Congratulations to Dr. Thomas G. Ryan, who has been asked to lend his expertise as a PhD external advisor for the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.The doctoral researcher Ryan will be evaluating examined the Planning of Nonformal Basic Education at National Level in Pakistan.
Ryan was invited to participate due to his published work in journals in the geographical area and through meetings at such conferences as the Asian Conference on Education in Osaka, Japan, where he presented his research.
