Encore performance of The Good Body
Back by popular demand, the cast and crew of ever popular The Good Body, has decided to stage two encore performances at 3 p.m. on April 1 and 7 p.m. on April 2 in the Nipissing Theatre (F213).Earlier this year, 11 students performed The Good Body for more than 250 audience members. Written by Eve Ensler, who also wrote the famous Vagina Monologues, the Good Body discusses eating disorders, plastic surgery and the daily fight of body image issues that much of society deals with.
This production of The Good Body is directed and produced by Nipissing graduate, Trina Prince, and Nipissing student, Morgan Williams.
Admission is $5 for students and $7 for the general public; tickets are available at the door.
All proceeds raised will be donated to the Amelia Rising Sexual Assault Centre of North Bay.
