Lakers Hockey supporting students

The Nipissing Lakers Hockey team recently donated $200 worth of food to Nipissing’s Student Food Bank, and that total was matched with $200 worth of gift cards from Mike and Lori’s No Frills.For the hockey team, it was a way for them to say thank you to their many student fans who help make the team a success both on and off the ice.  The money for the food bank donation came from the recent Celebrity Waiter night at Boston Pizza, where the Lakers players worked as servers.
