Lieutenant-Colonel discussing Canada’s mission in Libya

The Nipissing Branch of the Canadian International Council will hostLieutenant-Colonel Normand Gagné of the Canadian Forces for a discussion titled Operation Mobile: Canadian Forces and the NATO Mission in Libya, on February 15 at 7 p.m. in the Weaver Auditorium (B200).Lieutenant-Colonel Gagné will discuss Canada’s involvement in the NATO-led effort to enforce the no-fly zone over Libya during last year’s conflict between pro and anti-Gaddafi forces in that country.
