Nipissing teams up with Suzuki Foundation for education resource
Nipissing University is pleased to announce the release of a new education guide developed by the Suzuki Foundation in collaboration with Nipissing University.
Connecting With Nature: an educational guide for grades four to six, is Filled with fun activities that get kids outside to explore issues like biodiversity, where our food comes from and how to conserve energy.
Jenny Guibert (Project Lead) and Dr. John Vitale of the Brantford campus worked with Dr. Astrid Steele of the North Bay campus and education teacher candidates from both campuses to develop the guide.
The official launch of Connecting with Nature will take place on Thursday June 14, at the AGO in Toronto.
