Funding available for student projects

Students with great ideas can access money from Nipissing, and the deadline to apply is quickly approaching.?The Student Initiatives Fund (SIF) can provide seed funding to help students get their project started. It’s available to fund student initiatives every year, with the primary focus on seed funding for new projects. Decisions are made by a committee comprised of student representatives from the Nipissing University Student Union, and the office of the assistant vice-president of students. The committee helps individuals and student groups achieve success by funding their initiatives.
Think your amazing idea might qualify?Will your project develop community at Nipissing University?Will it enhance student life beyond academics?Will it enhance the student academic experience?Will it positively promote the image of Nipissing on campus or beyond?
The deadline to apply for fall semester funding is October 1, 2017; and for winter semester, February 1, 2018.
