MP Fedeli highlights NU in Legislature

The honorable Vic Fedeli, MPP Nipissing made a statement in Legislature on Tuesday, April 4, highlighting some recent accomplishments of Nipissing University.
Fedeli spoke about the university’s excellent key performance indicators, noting that Nipissing had the highest percentage of graduates securing employment, two years after graduation, with a 95.7 per cent success rate, more than two per cent higher than the provincial average.  As well, 90.8 per cent of graduates secure employment six months after graduation; more than three percent above the provincial average.

He also referenced data from the Canadian University Survey Consortium showing that 93.6 per cent of Nipissing students were either satisfied or very satisfied with their time at the university, putting Nipissing six percentage points above the provincial average of 87.7 per cent.

He finished off by congratulating the Harris Learning Library on serving its 1millionth visitor.
