Student panel discussing consent today

An important discussion is taking place at Nipissing University on Wednesday, January 10, titledLet’s Talk About Consent, Baby.
The discussion runs from 6 – 8 p.m. in room A246.  It features a student panel discussion on the topic of consent and courage. Students will also discuss what gives them hope, as well as what steps can be taken to build a culture of consent.

It is open to all students, faculty and staff. Guests are invited to drop in any time to listen to the discussion.  Plus, there is a free dinner as well as prize giveaways. 

Let’s Talk About Consent, Baby is a collaborative event hosted by the Nipissing University Student Union and the Sexual Violence Prevention and Education Coordinator within the Office of Student Development and Services.?
