Dr. Peltier featured in WIRED magazine

Dr. Cindy Peltier, Associate Professor and Chair of Indigenous Education at Nipissing University, was recently interviewed by WIRED magazine for an article titled For Marginalized Groups, Being Studied Can Be a Burden. 

The article delves into the issues surrounding academics researching minority communities along with the research fatigue felt among marginalized individuals. In the article, Peltier discusses how these issues impact Indigenous communities and how she is addressing this with her students when they conduct their own research.
