L'Hibou Award

Presented to the full-time first year student who best combines a high level of academic excellence with an interest and involvement in the affairs of Nipissing University. A minimum of first class honour standing is generally required plus active participation in cultural and/or athletic events that better the life of the University. The award goes to the student who most successfully strives toward excellence and virtue, and in some measure succeeds.
