My NipissingThe Centre for Interdisciplinary Collaboration in the Arts and Sciences (CICAS) recently hosted a book launch, celebrating recent faculty publications. Titled Webs of Knowledge: Reflections on Interdisciplinary Collaborations in Print, the event featured a panel of scholars speaking to their recent book publications and their relationship to collaborative and interdisciplinary facets of their work. -

My NipissingGeneralCongratulations to Dr. Louise Ells, secretary for the school of graduate studies, on being awarded a Hawthornden Writing Fellowship. Dr. Ells will spend a month writing in a castle in Scotland beginning in January. -

Do you know an outstanding Nipissing University student leader deserving of recognition? Nominations for the 2022 Dave Marshall Leadership Awards are officially open. Until January 31, 2022, faculty members, alumni, students and community members are encouraged to nominate individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in one of three categories: Academic, Campus or Community.
