Nipissing University will bestow its highest distinction, an honorary degree, upon the following people: Rush (Geddy Lee, Neil Peart and Alex Lifeson), Giles Blunt, Dr. Donald Weaver, Dr. Mary Ferguson-Paré, Muriel Sawyer, the Honourable Frances Lankin, and Ron Jamieson.
