It is a little-known fact that roughly one third of Canadian reservists – part-time members of the military – are students. This means that thousands of people across the country balance school work and commitments to the Canadian Armed Forces.

Nipissing University celebrated the achievements of faculty beyond the classroom with A Celebration of Scholarship, held March 10, in the main foyer. Organized this year as part of Research Week, some 50 people attended the event, the second annual Celebration of Scholarship.
